3. Subscription & Credits

Subscriptions are billed monthly. "Top-up Packs" are one-time purchases. Credits consumed during AI processing are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We are committed to your satisfaction. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase for any reason, even if you have used the service. If the product does not meet your expectations, simply contact our support team to initiate the refund process. No questions asked.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original content you upload. ListingMorph owns the proprietary algorithms and AI output structures.
